Confidence Index
The Confidence Index is a 0–100 score SURGO computes from your real activity — daily focuses, real-world challenges, and voice sessions — starting from a baseline set by your assessment. It rises as you do the work and is designed to reflect earned progress, not a counter that inflates on its own.
Each contributing action adds a weighted, diminishing amount, so the score climbs steadily and can't be gamed by repeating one thing. Gentle decay for long inactivity keeps it honest.
A weekly snapshot powers your progress chart, so you can see the trend over time rather than a single moment.
